TaskBeGone is built for people with ADHD who need a task manager that respects their privacy. Your tasks and brain dumps stay on your device.

Information We Collect

Task Data (Local Only)

All your tasks, brain dumps, and timelines are stored locally:

Task names and descriptions
Due dates and priorities
Brain dump entries
Completed task history

This data never leaves your device unless you use AI breakdown.

AI Task Breakdown

When you use AI to break down tasks:

Task text is sent to Google Gemini
Processing happens in real-time
Content is not stored by Google for training
Results are saved locally on your device

Voice Input

Speech-to-text is processed on-device using your phone's built-in capabilities. Audio is not transmitted to our servers.

Purchase Information

Purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We only receive purchase confirmation.
